Who said you can’t have brains & beauty?!

montageWe are extremley happy to introduce new face – Indroneel.

You’d be excused for thinking that Indroneel was a full time model with his good looks, full bodied hair and professional catwalk presence; but guess again!

Indroneel is a reseracher in Neuroscience at Oxford University.

Having completed two Masters degrees, Indroneel is currently in the process of publishing findings from his lastest thesis in International journals.

So how did he end up on our books?

Whilst printing out his thesis one day, he mistakingly walked into the audition room for ‘Face of Oxford’ by sheer coincidence!

He went on to win the competition, becoming the FIRST ever male, as well as the FIRST of ethnicity, to ever win the title and star in Oxford fashion week.

However it wasn’t his first taste of the media…Indroneel has previously worked as an assistant director in Bollywood and has starred in and directed a number of plays.

So what’s next?

“Sandra Reynolds is one of the most reputable international modelling agencies in London and I look forward to a long lasting affiliation with such a supportive team.”

Indroneel is a very passionate and creative person and sees himself as an excellent ambassor for ethnic models and is hoping to pioneer a change in representation of Indian male models in particular.

He’s looking forward to balancing his life of academia with performing and modeling, and you may even see him in an up coming Bollywood film…!
